72 MonthsPh.D. program in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned and offered by APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with the following qualifications are eligible for admission to the Ph.D.
- A Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or a Master’s degree in Research in Engineering/Technology with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 are eligible for admission to the Ph.D. program.

Admission will be based on KTU Admission Procedure.
