The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

VMCON is constantly engaged in the effort to prepare the students to become global citizens through the facility of a fully furnished library. Around 4000 volumes of books and 30 new journals, both national and international, magazines and newspapers help the learner to prepare effectively to meet the challenges in the academic areas.

The Learning Resource Center includes the following computing resources for Galveston College students, faculty, and staff: Computer Lab (R-116) Twenty-four (24) Dell Workstations, with access to the Internet One (1) Black-and-White Laser Printer One (1) Color Laser Printer Cyber Cafe Six (6) Dell Workstations, with access to the Internet. In addition, the LRC also has two workstations for use by members of the general public. Use of the Computer Lab and Cyber Cafe workstations is limited to Galveston College students, faculty, and staff.

There are two cafeterias. 24 hours service is availed in the cafeteria.

There are five buses available with 60 seating capacity each. All are college transport. The fleet of transport facilities comprises 1 Swaraj Mazda – 35 seated and 2 buses – 60 seated. This is provided for the clinical and hostel.

The college has good networking for alumni associations for student activities.

Facilities such as basketball shuttle and volleyball courts and cricket ground are available. Some of the tournaments such as volleyball, basketball, football, Kabadi, Cricket, and Kho-Kho and individual events such as chess and caroms are conducted here.

Separate, well-furnished, and spacious hostels are available on the hospital campus for boys. Mess: Students are given ozonized, purified water, hygienically prepared, and high-quality vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
