The college provides a separate Hostel facility for Boys students. The Hostel Rooms are well-ventilated and well-furnished with a study table and wardrobes. Hot Water Facility, Mineral drinking water, and round-the-clock high security are available in the college Hostel. The Boys Hostel at Vishnu Dental College has a Common Room with an AV facility and indoor games. Laundry and Saloon services are available in the Hostel. The college also provides air-conditioned rooms to the students on request. A Mess is also available in the Boys' Hostel.

The college Hostel also provides High-level security, Hot water, and mineral drinking water facilities to the students. The Girls' Hostel at VDC Bhimavaram has a Common Room which has facilities for indoor games and television. The students may also get the air-conditioned rooms on request. Laundry services are also available. The Hostel Mess provides healthy food to the students. 

The college Bhimavaram provides round-the-clock medical and pharmacy support to the staff members and the students.  

The college has a Library which has a rich collection of Books, Journals, and Periodicals in the field of Medicine and Allied Sciences. The college Library has also subscribed to various Newspapers and Magazines. 

The college has various indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities for the students. The college has a running track, and facilities for Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, and Table Tennis. The college also has a Gym and a well-maintained Swimming Pool for the students.
