Xavier Institute of Social Service offers two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Finance approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt of India.

The programme Post Graduate Diploma in Mangement – Finance (PGDM – Finance) at Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi (XISS) is a two-year full time Finance Management Programme. The programme augments the understanding of the role of financial managers in business and society. It helps to enable the students internalize the key business concepts, learn to analyze problems, develop strategies, communicate ideas and motivate people to action. Emphasis is placed on developing analytical mind, which seeks the right knowledge and skill with right leadership attitude.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification for admission to the PGDM program at the Institute is three / four years bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities.

Candidates appearing for final year or final semester of their graduate degree examination in academic year 2022-23 are also eligible to appear for the admission process. Such candidates, if called for interview, should submit the copy of admit card or a letter from the principal of the college where they are studying to that effect. Such candidates if finally selected at XISS, Ranchi must clear their graduation examination with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) by August 2023.

Admission Details

A candidate desirous of seeking admission at Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi will have to appear in an all India level management admission test. XISS, Ranchi considers only the following three admission test scores for shortlisting the candidates:

Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT 2023) conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur
Common Admission Test (CAT 2022) conducted by IIM, and
(CMAT 2023) conducted by NTA, are the only approved examinations through which a candidate can apply to XISS Ranchi

it has nice ambiance when you enter the college parking lot is available on the right side also we have our canteen at ground floor , water facility is also available there , washroom are also clean , fan are installed at every classroom

I think the experience was good i learned the values .

It was good all type facilities like bench, dashboard, cleaniness, ac are proper working and it was maintained every year. I think in this era the main thing is cleaniness and that is the most important factor..as i see they take care about it..on daily basis they clean our toilets, classrooms, garden areas, parking. And the security guard was available so that any bad things can't happen.. the there is a parking facilities are available in a discipline way. Hostels are cleans. Canteens are good
