Xavier Institute of Social Service offers two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Rural Management approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt of India. 

The Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is one of the flagship programme of XISS. This is a two-year full-time programme. The PGDM(Rural Management) Programme of XISS is rated as one of the best in the rural management field in the country.
