The subject combination required in the qualifying examination (intermediate examination of U.P.Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent) for admission to the first year of different courses shall be as follows:-
Compulsory Subjects: Physics & Chemistry
Optional Subjects (Any one)- Mathematics/ Bio-Technology/ Biology / Technical Vocational Subject.
For admission to first year of B. Pharm. candidate must have passed intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University and securing minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST Category candidates) without grace in required each compulsory subjects and one optional subject taken together as given above.
A Minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent in 10+ 2 in the following subjects: Compulsory Subjects: Physics and Chemistry and any one of the following: Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Biotechnology. Relaxation in qualification and reservation is as per UGC, PCI, and State Govt. norms.
