The cutoff for Production engineering in MIT in 2018 was around 2240(opening)-5493(closing) in OC category. If your community is BCM, you may have some chances of getting Production engineering in MIT, in case the cutoffs drop as compared to last year(which was 9473 under BCM community).

The cutoff for ECE in MIT and CEG was 892 and 103 (closing rank in general category) respectively, for the year 2018. So, you have less chances of getting ECE in these colleges, however, it depends on your communinty.

I am sorry to tell you but with a rank of 12603, it's not possible for you to get a seat in TNAU or any government colleges at all even if you belong to some category or quota. You should pursue some other colleges for admission. I hope
The campus infrastructure was moderate at my time as there are some things which were needed like the capacity of classrooms should be more and cafeteria space should be large. Parking spaces were fine.
college infrastructure is very decent modernized well equipped with necessary facilities. the classrooms are installed with smart boards to access virtual learning. the labs and libraires are well maintained with new techs and books. the college also provide hostels for both boys and girls with mess facilities
anna University, Chennai has old necessary facilities for phd students like libraries, libraries, computer, unable campus, and many more such facilities the university offers the campus of 500 acres to the students
