                   Cutoffs for MIT,PSG,SSN,CIT are high for CSE branch. You won't be able to get CSE in these colleges with your rank. However, you can get CSE in other colleges under Anna University. You can check out last year's cutoffs to get an idea about the same:

PSG College of technology, Coimbatore is better than SSN college of Engineering, Chennai. Both come under Anna university affiliation, but the standard of PSG and its reputation is higher than SSN College, Chennai.

It is better in terms of education, placements and faculty members that are helpful.
