To get a seat in the Anna university, you have to apply for TNEA counseling first. And for that, rather than the total scores, cut off's only matter the most. So, first Bring Your cut scores to 200 in maths, chemistry and physics. Make it like this (maths)

Yes, you can get a seat through the counseling. If you are exactly enquiring about the Anna university, College of engineering, Guindy campus, then yes, you have chances of procuring a seat there. But courses like CSE or ECE seems impossible as they are the most opted ones
