Despite belonging to BCM,  you cannot procure a seat in the Anna in - college of engineering, Guindy, in any course. It is the top ranked college and requires a cut off score of something which is not less than 195 to remain in the safe zone. Even if the cut off's were to decrease this year, you don't have a chance. The least opted courses like chemical engineering, mining engineering requires a cut off of 190 and above. But, there are other colleges affiliated to Anna university, in which you have good chances of getting selected.

Since College of engineering  , Guindy is the top ranked college, the cut off's there is usually high. Probably as high up-to 198. But, colleges affiliated under Anna University is possible.
