Tamil Nadu is going to conduct the certificate verfication in at 42 TFC centres across tamilnadu.TNEA has announced that the certificate verfication will be held from 6th june 2019 to 11th june 2019 for both academic and vocational groups.

The cutoff is within 200 marks. Since you have scored 171 marks you can easily get admission in Anna university. You will get your desired branch in the university. Using obc category your closing rank also becomes lower making you eligible for admission with your desired branch.
