Dear aspirant ! Basically there is no any base lines to get admission in engineering in Tamil nadu! Its completely depend upon the examination level of course!
The courses like cse and psg ( one of the wanted streams) to get admission in these programs it is completely up to on the cut off level and in which category you are belonging.
For the courses like cse ,psg , ece in anna university the cut off goes usually higher n higher every year you can compare with the last year cut off .
Your pcm marks is quite low to get admission in anna university but you are belongs from bcm category so you calculate your marks and compare with cut off level .

Maximum marks are 400 marks where 200 marks belong to NATA and the other 200 belong to the board marks.
To calculate your marks, you will have to divide your NATA score by 2 and add it to your board percentage. The result obtained are your marks.
In your case, dividing 115/2 and summing it up with 90, your score is 147.5. Your score is better compared to many. Do apply for counselling

First, divide your maths marks by 3, so that it comes to 100. I don't know if you have practicals along with physics and Chemistry. In TN, physics and Chris were for a total of 200 of which 150 is theory and 50 is practicals. If so, add your practical marks and divide by 4. Else, if the over all total is for 150 only, please divide physics and chemistry marks each by 3. Then it would come to 100+50+50. Thus cut off could be calculated for 200.

Admission process to Anna University is:
Final admission is subject to Tamil Nadu Common Admission (TANCA) counselling process. Students seeking admission to ME/ M.Tech courses on the basis of GATE score are also eligible. Such candidates need not appear in AUCET. Anna University conducts separate Entrance Test to offer admission in M.Sc and M.Phil courses.

Since it is among the top five under Anna University, you should have a minimum cut off of 198 or above. But if your category is SC or St, then you do have a chance there. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. For getting admissions there, one must need a minimum cut off of 185 or above to remain in the safe zone. In a 0.25 cut off difference, you can be pushed behind a lot of competitors. college infrastructure is very decent modernized well equipped with necessary facilities. the classrooms are installed with smart boards to access virtual learning. the labs and libraires are well maintained with new techs and books. the college also provide hostels for both boys and girls with mess facilities
