I Started my payment and i didnt press any button ,it has timed out and amount has debited..it is not my mistake why my amount was debited

Hey dear, there's some server error it seems. No problem regarding it.
You can contact TNEA helpline tnea2019enquiry@gmail.com
and tell them that you have payed the fee by sending them your payment receipt as a proof unless and untill the server shows that you have not paid it.
