I'm a FC candidate . Is it possible for me to enter into Psg tech and Anna university college ? What cut off would be required?

What does FC mean? Is it forward caste as some call it? or something else? Pls specify this. If you are interested in Anna University or PSG Tech for B.Arch, you will have to appear for NATA and qualify to get a seat. This year Anna University also conducted the TANATA for B.Arch to fill the vacant architecture seats. This is only for Tamilnadu candidates. For other state candidates, it will vary

Anna University conducts Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) to offer admissions to candidates in various engineering colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu. TNEA counselling is a single window process and admissions in Tamil Nadu engineering colleges are offered through such a process because authorities believe that such an initiative facilitates transparency. Candidates need to note that TNEA written exam has been scrapped and so seats are allotted in TNEA 2018 through merit list. The merit list for this entrance exam is created on the basis of Class 12 score scaled to 200. TNEA rank list is used to offer admissions to candidates in undergraduate programmes like Bachelors of Engineering (BE) and Bachelors of Technology (BTech) in colleges of Tamil Nadu.

Yes, you can take admission after your 12th class.

Below is the eligibility criteria through TNEA exam

- You should qualify 10+2th standard (or equivalent) examination with the required minimum average aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

-General category applicants will have to score 50% aggregate in 10+2th standard (or equivalent) exam for backward classes it is 40%

- You should have domicile certificate

eligibity for anna university chennai

Students must produce nativity certificate if they haven't done VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std schooling in Tamilnadu and if you are from other state candidate then fifty seats (including 1 seat for Kashmiri Migrant) are reserved for B. E. / B. Tech. Degree Courses in University Departments of Anna University, Chennai.
