Considering the placement record of Anna University, for engineering and architecture, the median salary for BArch was 1.86 LPA, while for MArch the median salary was 4.80 LPA. For BE/BTech, the median salary was Rs 5 LPA, were as the median salary for ME/MTech was 4.20 LPA. Yes, You can apply for TNEA Exam in Andhra pradesh. Eligibility for the admission in TNEA college is A candidate should pass 10+2 or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as separate subject with an average of not less than 60% in PCM. Yes, other state students are eligible to apply for TNEA and can also take admission but the seats are very limited for other state candidates.Anna Universitywill be starting the registration process for admissions through TNEA forother statecandidates. The final date for registration is July 2021.

To get admission in Anna University under BTech course you need to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in each Physics, Chemistry and Maths. The application form should be filled from the official website. The candidates are selected in BTech programme on the basis of Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) counselling.

nios stands for national institute of open schooling, to get admission in anna university you have to apply for TNEA counselling process. tnea stands for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions. since tnea accept nios certificate, you are eligible to apply for tnea  as well as to admission in anna university engineering courses.

Yes, you can discontinue M.Tech Course at Anna University to Join a IIT, but the issue lies whether you have to return your M.Tech Stipend or Not.

So, according to AICTE you will require returning the M.Tech Stipend if your discontinue your Course. However, if your Institute is being funded by the MHRD, you need not require returning the Stipend.

Better, You must Check the details with your Institutes Regulatory Authority.

I believe, unless you do not require a Transfer Certificate for Joining M.Tech at IIT, you may not go through the official procedure of Course Discontinuation at Anna University, and you will automatically be striked off the list from Next Semester, due to Non Registration. However, in case you need a Transfer Certificate, you may require informing the Registrar of Anna University, and hence return of Stipend as well as the Official Procedure.
