As you mentioned you have got 88 percentile in the tancet exam it is very difficult for you to grab a seat in anna university . I would recommend you to keep other colleges through this exam as a backup.

see cutoff score fluctuate every year and it varies with certain factors like number of applicants, gate questions level, students category, choice of stream and so on. admission to college of engineering, guindy, anna university is based on gate or tancet score. you have appear in TANCA counselling by filling your gate score and other candidature details. however we still not have the cutoff list stream wise gate scorer of anna university. however I would suggest you to apply for ccmt, tspgecet, ap pgecet like counselling.

Admission is on the basis of marks obtained in TNEA

ELIGIBILITY - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in physics chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.
