Chitkara University is committed to provide emergency medical care and regular medical facilities for both students and faculty and staff members on campus. The facility also provides a comprehensive form of medical insurance for all kinds of emergencies. 

The Chitkara University library has a collection of 1,04,467 books with more than 230 regional and international journals. It has over 5700 audiobooks and houses a good copy of both masters and doctoral thesis which are almost 600 in number. 

The computer lap at the university is ISO 9001-2035 certified and used to conduct workshops, lab sessions and workstations headed by a licensed software for student learning.

The Chitkara University cafeteria is well planned and run by the management with an approach to provide nutritious food which is well-balanced and designed from the advice of professional dieticians.

The auditorium in the campus provides a larger area for covering hundreds of students as compared to what the classroom can accommodate.

There are two banks available on campus, UCO Bank and Punjab National Bank with ATM facilities, lockers and regular banking services for students to take care of regulating all his or her financial needs.

Laboratories at Chitkara University are fully equipped with state of the art facilities to meet the academic requirements of the students as per the university curriculum and help with research needs of students.

The classroom have audio visual tools for presentations and lectures. There are special seminars and classes are held for students to strengthen their communication, leadership, negotiation, business and teamwork skills.
