Deen Dayal Upadhyaya university, Gorakhpur is one of the prestigious institute of India ,

As per the competition you must need to score a total of decent marks to get admission to this college .

Independent entrance exam is held which is ddu entrance exam .

For b.sc maths the total no. of questions will be 150 questions as per following :

BOTANY -- 45

ZOOLOGY --- 45

CHEMISTRY -- 45

GENERAL SCIENTIFIC STUDIES -- 15

Last year cut off for b.sc maths was 235.50

Total no of questions will be 150 with 3 marks each with the total marks of 450

I do not know much about the colleges so it will be better if you can compare the colleges on the basis of faculty ,academics ,placements ,infrastructure etc .But since I was also a student of bsc so I can provide you my opinion .In my view bsc honours is better course than msc general .It will help you to get msc courses and will help you to prepare for msc entrance exams . Further in general bsc course you will not be able to explore the subject much .

All these are my opinions so you should take care of the comparisons

deen dayal upadhyaya gorakhpur university, gorakhpur do offer B.Sc general in mathematics which is of 3 years and offered by the college maulana azad degree college, gonda and by one more college vidyawati devi mahavidyalaya , kushinagar .

The Entrance Examination Will Consist Of 150 Questions Which Will Be Intermediate Level. The Examination Will be Taken On OMR Sheets. There Will No Negative Marking . Every Question Can Give You 3 Marks . Total Marks Will Be 450 . All Question In Bilingual Eg. Hindi And English Except Language Based Question. Dharmesh Desai University is a good for B.tech in Information Science. Almost 70% of the students get placed. The companies that visit include Wipro, Infosys etc. However, the infrastructure and curriculum has not so good reviews. It has strict attendance and 3 internals per semester. And regarding faculty, it has a good staff too but it depends upon the students whether teaching is upto the mark for them or not.

If you are placement oriented, it is a decent choice. However, you must put a lot of efforts too to excel in academics and improve skills.

But interms of placements. DDU is the better college than the other one.

Infrastructure and college life:

DDU college  have a wonderful infrastructure with well equipped labs and classrooms. Hostels are pretty decent and nice environment is always maintained. You can see that the campus life is going to be really well. College life is good with the right kind of atmosphere given to the students who come from different places.

F aculty and quality of education:

All the faculties are well qualified and experienced over here. And education, curriculum is made in such a way that students are made to acquire more hands on knowledge than just the theory. It is not just the books and classes. Focuses more on practical knowledge than the theoretical one. Education quality and the way guidance is given is really good.

Placements:

Placements are really good as many good companies visit this college. Most of the students gets placed and opportunities of internship is provided to the students from wide range of companies.

As per the data, placement of DDU in BCOM HONS is good. About 75% of students got placed in the top and most successful companies.

NIRMA is good as compared to ddu .the placements are also very good at nirma compared to ddu .the reason is being a brand image of the university .they also have quite good variety of courses to chose from .it also get good NIRF ranking than ddu . so in my oppinion i will pick NIRMA  college .but you should compare more in order to get the exact clarity about your college
