With this rank in JEE and GUJCET percentile, chances are very less of getting admission in DAIICT. In GUJCET, almost 100% marks are required to get a seat. For getting a seat through JEE rank, according to previous years trend, it is around 15000 rank. You should try for other colleges for admission. There are only 35% seats reserved for All India category in DAIICT which they fill in considering the score of your JEE MAINS. It is a has good reputation and ranking in NIRF as a result of which the cutoff for you being a General Outside State Quota is under or around 12k. So it would be difficult to make the cut .

Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information & Communication Technology has started the process of DAIICT B.Tech admission for session 2019-20. The DAIICT B.Tech application form is available from April 29 till June 28. The DAIICT B.Tech admission 2019 for All India category seats will be done through a counselling process on the basis of candidates JEE Main 2019 score while for remaining seats, admission will be through ACPC. There will be no entrance exam by the institute; the admission to B.Tech 2019 at DAIICT will be at All India Level and Gujarat State Level. At All India Level, the qualified candidates of JEE Main 2019 entrance exam can apply through their All India Ranks (AIRs) of JEE Main 2019, whereas, candidates under Gujarat State Level will have to apply separately through ACPC. All those candidates who are interested will have to fill the application form of DAIICT B.Tech admission 2019 from April 29.

The rank requirement of DAIICT is higher. The last ranks to be joined into the college in general category were around 12 - 13k. You may get an admission in that college. I given you information based on previous years cut off ranks. Hope you may get the seat so.

At this rank, you won't get admission in any branch of DAIICT. You won't get any decent government college too. I would suggest you to look for private colleges or other government colleges  that accept JEE Main's rank.
