Hi ,

So there are just 12 seats for vlsi at daiict . Ranking of candidates with GATE score of 425 or above will be on the basis of GATE score only.  Candidates with GATE score less than 425 will be required to appear for an interview. Gate cutoff mark for EC is 22.5 for obc . With a score of 457, you might have a mark of between 40 and 45 . So yes you do have a good chance of getting admission.

Hey Nibha,

Your rank in GUJCET is perfect to get admission in Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University but you are not eligible to get admission in Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology

The branches that you can get in PDPU are

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering

Good Luck!

Mayank ,

The Mesra campus boasts of an average package of INR 9.11 lakhs per annum and the highest national salary of 34 lakhs per annum.

If we talk about DAIICT it is also very good and has decent placement session last year. With average package being 8.77lacs and highest being 39.5 lacs /annum offered by Microsoft.

For further queries you may ask in comment section.

Since DAIICT doesn't offer many courses, the cutoffs aren't that high.

Here you go for the stats of 2018

Closing rank for

Hons. in ICT with Minor in Computational Sciences (CS)
was 1126 SC category

And closing rank for Information and communication technology was 1665.

These two are the only offered courses there. Best of luck

No editing is possible once application is filled until they official announced. Even we have one way over such problems during certificate verification. On that day you should explain problem with helpline offer so he/she will give option to change so that correct should be done before allotment of college or university. If you are getting ask once again. Or read it once.

There are very very little chance for it,  you can go for spot if you want to take a chance,  I would suggest you to look for another college and then take a chance.

Hello! Nile Jaiman.

Considering your Jee mains percentile and 10+2 bords marks/percrntage , yes there's a pribsblity to get admission into DAIICT. You need to wait till last round of lists/counselling.

Check this link for previous year DAIICT cuttoff-

Hope this helps!

Hi ! It seems both colleges are impossible for you because both of these colleges are the best. These colleges demands very high rank. Daiict is absolutely impossible. Still you have a slight chance for NSIT in low branches. And that is also not sure. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.

Hello,
With this rank in JEE main, you might get a chance of getting a seat in DAIICT. Actually your chances are low. The cutoffs last around lied around 15k. So if the trend this year remains the same, then you might get a seat. So please apply for the counseling process.

All the best
Thank you
