The Joint Seat Allocation Authority ( JoSAA ) will release the cutoff of JEE Main for IIIT Sri City on its official website. IIIT Sri City JEE Main Cutoff is the minimum rank required by the candidates to get admission in the B.Tech courses offered by the institute. The cutoff of JEE Main for IIIT Sri City will be released by the authorities after each round of counselling and will include both the opening and closing ranks.

First IIIT Sri City is now having a permanent campus of its own. Second , the coding culture of Sri City is better than that of kancheepuram. ... Also the average package at Sri City is 8+ lakh package.

75% minimum eligibility requirement in class XII for admission into IIITs has been scrapped for this year as well. Candidates who clear JEE Main 2021 will only need their 12th passing certificate for admissions, irrespective of the score obtained by them.

I'm discussing the placement records of the mentioned institutions which may help you in decision making;

Metallurgical and Materials Engineering

NIT Nagpur -- Around 80% of students get placement every year. The highest salary package offered is 13 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. Many top companies come to the college for recruitment. Few students got internships also.

NIT Jamshedpur -- Eligible students from the MME branch were placed with a placement percentage of 90%. The highest package offered to an MME student was 11.3LPA and the average salary is around 6.07LPA. Top recruiters for MME course were TATA, Vedanta, EXL and many more.

Computer Science and Engineering - IIIT Dharwad -- The placement percent was around 94%. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 5 LPA. Some top recruiters include Deloitte, Samsung Group, Intel, Mercedes-Benz R&D, Bentley Motors, Infosys, etc.

Electronics and Communication Engineering - IIIT Sri City -- About 70% of the students gets placement. First of all, you have to decide that you want to go for the institute or you want to go for the stream. If you want to study in IIT then you should go for CSE in that case your preference should be Bhubaneswar>Kottawayam>Sri city

If you want to go for stream then your preference should be ECE at NIT PATNA.

As you have mentioned that you have got integrated max chemistry in nit Rourkela and metallurgy in nit Rourkela so I would recommend you not to join the msc chemistry and kindly go with the normal 4 year b.tech course.

Because in one college if you would spend five years there won't be any personal development. And if you do not want to do msc then you should not go but if you are interested in this line only then opt for it.

If you are more concerned about placements and landing on a lucrative package, then definitely doing ECE in IIIT would be best because ECE is a very versatile subject and most software companies include that branch in eligibility criteria.

However if you want to go into the research field, where later on you need to do a PhD and become a professor in chemistry, then only join MSc course. Mostly MSc students dont get much opportunities for placements as compared to the trending branches. And in order to get the job of your choice, you need to do MBA .
