Work experience
The course is designed for senior executives and top management personnel who have responsibilities in business development strategy and Finance and only they are considered to be enrolled for this program. The candidate may need to possess some background experience in the area of business or finance for this program.
Certification qualifying details
This certificate is awarded to candidates who have a minimum of 80% attendance and any absence of any section is required to have prior approval.

Admission Details
The nomination procedure for Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring programme is as follows:

Step 2: The Executive Education Office should receive the nominations along with the programme fee by January first week.
Step 3: The nominations are approved after the programme faculty reviews the candidate’s profile.
Step 4: A formal acceptance letter is sent to the candidate if nominated.

Top management personnel, as well as senior executives in the area of strategy, business development and finance, are eligible to enrol for this certification.
The duration of the entire closed plan by the faculty is 5 weeks and 12 lecture sessions planned by the faculty.
Students will be taught case studies as well as direct to devise lectures in the entire program duration.
There are four faculty members of which two belong to the program chair position and are responsible for the entire course planning and policy decision.
For this certification, the candidates have to adhere to the admission policy of at least 80 % in the program and the candidates are allowed to apply for absence with prior notice.
