This Procurement Management course deep dives into the end to end contract lifecycle: drafting tenders, appraisal of bids, negotiation, execution, modification and closure. The participants will develop skills in legal drafting, managing contract obligations, ensuring timely payments and addressing contractual changes responsibly. The participants will gain a strong legal grounding, learning about liabilities, tender frameworks, and dispute settlement. The participants will also master practical tools such as contract playbooks, negotiation tactics and legal appraisals, enabling efficient contract administration, performance monitoring and issue resolution.
