Interpersonal Effectiveness and Team Building certification fees amounts to Rs. 45,000, excluding GST, which will be added separately based on applicable regulations. Payment for the programme can be made exclusively through electronic funds transfer. Organizations registering five or more participants are eligible for a discounted price, receiving a 10% reduction on the total payment.

Also, participants can request a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 10 days before the programme's commencement. For cancellations made between 10 and 2 days prior to the workshop start date, a 50% refund will be provided. However, no refunds will be given for cancellations made after that point.
