This certification course covers an extensive curriculum such as fire protection, wastewater and drainage systems, the role of building maintenance in the construction process, and planned maintenance.

Students must write an examination and qualify with a minimum of 25% in the assignments and 75% in the written exam, out of a total of 100 marks.
