We cannot expect right now.

It depends on various factors like

  • Number of candidates appeared in the exam
  • Difficulty level of JEE Advanced 2020
  • Total number of seats available at IIT Hyderabad
  • Previous year cutoff trends
  • Category of Candidates

You can refer to previous year cutoff from here and work accordingly

Now, you have 658 rank and you belong to general category. So it will be difficult to get any of the IITs with this rank. Hello Aspirant,

CSE and EE are two different branches. Go with the branch you're more interested in. If you wish to go in Engineering or Civil services then choose EE. If you wish to join MNCs like Google, Facebook them go for CSE. However pursuing CSE or IT at IIT Hyderabad or IIIT Hyderabad will be a good choice.

Hello ,

First of all I would like to tell you there are three kinds of IIITs in India :-

  1. Indian Institute of Information Technology , Government like IIITM Gwalior etc.
  2. Indian Institute of Information Technology , Public Private Partnership. like IIIT Pune  etc
  3. International Institute of Information Technology , Private like IIIT Hyderabad , IIIT Bangalore etc.

Now talking about above 1-2 cateogry colleges take admission through JOSSA Counseling for which you can apply after commencement of JEE Mains and JEE Advance and admission is given on the basis of JEE Mains rank . The 3rd cateogry also participate in JOSSA except IIIT Hyderabad . IIIT Hyderabad has a separate counseling portal through JEE Mains and JEE Advance rank basis admission for which you can check its official website . Also IIIT Hyderabad conducts a separate test for its entrance .

And one more thing I would like to add JOSSA Counseling is not started yet it will be started after JEE Advance results .

Hope this will help .

Hi Vamshi

There is no free education, however there are certain things you can probably consider:

  • If you belong to EWS section (or low income category as declared by the institute), you will be elligible for a partial fee waiver. That is, you will have to pay only a small part of the fee
  • You can take a student loan from bank. Although the interest rates are high, most student loans actually cover all your educational needs, even including a laptop! You can pay back once you are placed after B.Tech.
