In my frank opinion, I hope You do select IIT roorkee instead of Manipal, as it is more recognised and more accpted.

It is going to be a touch and go for you. With 546 rank you may or may not get economics in IIT Roorkie under OBC category. With some 5 to 10 rank lesser, you would have been in a safe zone. But definitely you do stand a

There are high chances that you can get Earthquake Engineering in IIT Roorkee. Previous year cutoff was approx 28 marks for M.Tech. in Earthquake Engineering in General Category.
