see you did not mention the institute name in which you wants to take admission for lateral entry. however generally admission to lateral entry admission to B.tech or B.pharma is based on entrance test follows by counselling or interview rounds. however after clearing entrance test, next stage is interview

If you are willing to join IIIT Hyderabad through JEE Mains cutoff the minimum percentile for computer science required is 99 ( Can make you in safer zone ). This is seems too difficult to achieve but once you get there all the
