As per your options of colleges considering you are only talking about the cse branch then it's very clear that iiit hyderbad is the best colleges among the given choices.

After iiit Hyderabad, there is bits pilani,nit Warangal, nsut Delhi, nit Rourkela and nit kurukshetra. Apart from these there are many IITs like bombay, delhi, roorkee, Kharagpur, kanpur which are famous for their placements in cse branch.

Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper

There are two ways to get into the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad.

• JEE Mode: Candidates get admissions based on JEE mains score. Candidates need to give JEE mains and get a valid score. Admissions through the JEE (Main) marks are limited to the single degree programs only.
• UGEE Mode: Admission to all research-based dual-degree programs will be through a new mode called UGEE. Admission in this mode is based on an entrance examination followed by an interview. This admission mode is to identify students with a strong aptitude for research.

To register for UGEE entrance exam you have to follow these steps :

• Registration
• Filling the online form
• Payment of application fees
• Submission of application form

To prepare for UGEE entrance exam you have to go through the syllabus of 11th and 12th, subjects to be prepared are physics, chemistry and mathematics and for research the aptitude test will be there of creative and critical thinking.

Refer to NCERT books for understanding the concepts and for practice try to solve sample paper as much you can. Solving sample paper will surely help you bcoz you will get the idea of type of questions that might appear in exam.

Hi sathwik ! Your rank is too much good to get an admission into IIIT Hyderabad. You can easily get IIIT Hyderabad at 1st or 2nd seat allotment. And yes you will computer science program easily both for dual degree and for 5years. Although the other two branches are much better than cse. So best of luck to you.

The schedule for Under Graduate Entrance Examination (UGEE) 2022 conducted by IIIT, Hyderabad is not yet released. Last year the application process for UGEE had started from March 22, 2021 so this year the application process is expected to start in the month of March but as the official announcement is not yet made you have to wait until it is announced officially. The candidates who have passed 10+2 with minimum 60% marks in Maths, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board are eligible to apply for UGEE conducted by IIIT, Hyderabad. The application fee is Rs. 2000. Please keep an eye on updates from time to time so that you can apply for the Entrance Examination when the application window opens. Yes in iiit hyderabad you can get admission using jee main rank as well as ugee which is conducted by iiit hyderabad itself but ugee is for 5yr programs and by jee main you get admission in 4yr programms
