Hello Tarang, International Institute of Information technology (IIIT)  Hyderabad and Thapar University both don't have Aeronautical Engineering.

IIIT Hyderabad has only two B.tech degree courses Computer Science (CS) and Electronic and Communication Engineering (ECE).

IIIT Hyderabad is one of the most sought after btech college in India and therefore the cutoff there is very high, that is, around 200-300 rank in JEE main. That translates to approximately 99.7-99.8 percentile. So you need that much percentile for IIIT Hyderabad.

All the three are the prestigious and excellent Colleges. VIT Vellore is a private deemed college having good infrastructure, providing courses such as b.tech, m.tech, BSc, etc., The fee ranges upto 8 lakhs depending on the course you choose. Its a NAAC A credited college.

There aren't any management quota seats in IIIT-Hyderabad. To get admission you need to appear in JEE main and qualify in the entrance exam for candidates who are studying abroad, the admission will be based on SAT score.
