see ms courses in iits or iiits are researched base and if you have zest to learn new things and want to work as a researcher them I recommend you to go for ms course. the course duration is flexble, 2-3 years and depends on the completion of thesis.

IIIT Hyderabad is a well renowned institution. The cut off for IIIT Hyderabad competes highly with that of NITs. So it is quite difficult to get a seat there. However you may have a chance based on your category quota i.e. OBC category quota.
