You can't get any NIT or IIITH as you are not qualified for the exam . the cut off's are :

unfortunately you missed the cut off  with very short margin but don't feel demotivated try to clear it next time with hard work and I wish all the very best for your jorney . Hope this will help you  and  for more queries you can comment below.

See getting into a best college like IIIT HYDERABAD is always good for an individual to pursue his career in the btech. If ur marks are above 260 in the JEE MAINS then u would be easily getting a seat in that college to pursue ur higher studies in the field of he interest under btech courses. According to your rank, chances would be less of getting a seat in NITs through JoSAA Counselling. You can use the JEE Main College Predictor Tool to check your chances of admission in engineering colleges based on state level counsellings.

Hi Akash, you can definitely apply for cse in IIIT Hyderabad with a rank of 7000 in JEE mains. You have a good chance of getting selected too. I hope you have considered your other options too as you can also get an IIT provided you do well in your JEE advanced. Research thoroughly before taking your decision as it may well decide to be the turning point of your career. Best of luck.

It is conducted in the college campus. The qualified applicants (found suitable in the interview) are ranked based on their interview performance, as judged by the interview panel.

Seats are allocated to applicants, as per rank, in multiple rounds. In each round, an applicant is allocated a seat in a programme, as per rank and preference.

Your chances of getting CSE branch at average NITs is very high. You can get CSE branch easily at NIts like NIT rourkela , kurukshetra , etc. But you may not get it at IIIT hyderabad.
