For dual degree courses the eligibility criteria is : he/she must have KVPY, NTS or equivalent (e.g., JBSTS), Olympiad awards to be eligible for admission without having appeared for JEE Main and should have also completed senior secondary school from a reputed board.

I am sorry to tell you, you can not apply to any institute or university after the deadline has been reached. Sometimes the university extend the date of application, which can be helpful in such times.

Otherwise you will have to wait for another year for application. 

Hi, IIIT Hyderabad is one of the institutes which do not have individual cutoffs based on Category. In order to get a seat in IIIT Hyderabad, you should have a percentile of around 99.75, hence take no offence, but there is no chance to get a seat with 92 percentile
