Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering is four-year duration full-time course degree offered by Jadavpur University, Kolkata and approved by All India Council for Technical Education.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination in General Stream of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or any other equivalent examination of a University/Board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English are eligible for provisional admission to the First Year Class of the aforesaid Undergraduate Engg/Tech/Arch/ Pharm courses.

Admission Details

Provisional admission will be made on the basis of the Provisional Admission Letter for a seat of Jadavpur University issued by the WB-JEE for Joint Entrance Examination for Admission to Engineering, Medical/Technological Degree Colleges at any of the Reporting Centers provided the candidate satisfies the prescribed following medical fitness (except for candidates applying under Physically Challenged quota).

College Infrastructure

According to me Jadavpur University has very good infrastructure is quite very good. Hostels are far better than the other colleges. There is a well-maintained library and a separate reading hall for students. Wi-Fi connection is good but some of the you have to use your own mobile data.

College Infrastructure

Faculties are outstanding.Labs are well equipped with instruments.Library is so much big and have all kind of books.Sports are in god level.Wifi smart boards are available here.Food is hygenic and the spaces are so neat and clean.

Outstanding College, Best in INDIA in term of ROI.

College Infrastructure

JU have good infrastructure, having all required facilities like Drinking Water to Electricity , Board and Chalk to Projector in Every class and all required equipments. Laboratory contains all type of equipment required and all type of machines or computers in each. Each department contains it's own Library instead of CENTRAL LIBRARY. It has Sports Centre , 2nd Campus have CRICKET GROUND also , with well maintenance. In case of cleaning I would rate 3.5 out of 5.
