Yes you will be able to get admission in some good colleges.. but you cannot get colleges like a you A.U or JNTU with your rank for these colleges you have to rank under 50 .

JNTU, hyderabad provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls.

There are rules and regulations for the hostel :-

1. You will have to take the permission of the warden if you are staying away from the hostel for 1 or more nights.

You scored a good rank in TSPGECT exams. Yes, there are chances that you will get admission in OU and JNTUH Universities based on your rank. Go for it, fill the form and apply for admission.

JNTU, Hyderabad does offer a 5-year Integrated M.Tech course in CSE, ECE, EEE, Mechanical and Civil through TS EAMCET examination.

But, Osmania University does NOT offer any integrated course through the TS EAMCET examination.
