The  details given below are based on the review given the students passed from the respective colleges.

JNTU Ananthapu placement- As in general there are less placements for mechanical as compared to other brabches like computer Science engineering etc. The companies that come to our college are tier 3 companies and if your are interested in college placement than I recommend you this college is not worth for it.

Vardhman College of Engineering placement-

As far as placements are concerned, as already said its best in class. College also provides you training to attend placements. Around 50% students get placed during college placements, Companies like TCS, TechM, Tek Sys, Virtusa, CSC, ADP, NTT Data, Innominds, Inrthym, Mroads, CGI, Capgemini and many more.

It may be a little difficult to get into OU or JNTU Hyderabad but you can definitely get Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology as their closing rank lies somewhere near 14500 and Vasavi college of Engineering as their closing rank lies somewhere near 14600. But you can definitely wait for the subsequent rounds of counseling so you can get the best possible college for your rank.

I regret to inform you that you may not get seat in Osmania university neither in JNTUH in civil engineering.Based on 2018 cut off trends the cut off rank for SC category boy is 8187 in osmania university and 9682 in JNTUH.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.So hope for the best.

Generally, people look at the nirf ranking to determine which university or college is better. Of all the institutes you mentioned, JNTU anantapur and GMRIT have good ranking. GMRIT is ranked 43 among the private institutes all over India. So the best option would be any of JNTU anantapur or GMRIT.

With 457 rank , your chances are negligible to get a good branch like ECE in the OU or JNTUH  campus. With this rank , you can expect a seat in ons of the low ranked colleges affiliated to OU . As for getting a seat in ECE branch in OU or JNTUH campus , your eank musy be below 70. And your rank is much more than that.

But don't worry ,  participate in the counselling process and hope for the best .

as per the past year rank allotment the studdent must pass the entrance exam with top rank ranging below 12k this year and this will be distiburted among the streams in the university so check the seat availability and apply the college also check the affiliated colleges of jntu hyderabad.

according to the previous year analysis of the seat allotment of jntu hyderabad university the gendral category students have to be under 6k ranking to be able to select into the random streem into jntuh.

so check the availability of seats and then apply for jntuh.
