if you are from andhra pradesh then you come under non local student category. so you must provide a residence certificate while certificate verification then after joining college you need to submit them in college.

so you can avail the residence certificate from the district officer of your locality in andhra pradesh.and then you can go for certificate verification.

If you have done B-Tech in Electronics, you will be changing your field by going for MCA, or you can also choose a field which involves the application of both Electronics and Coding or computer applications. according to the situation yoou mentioned there are no chances that you may get jntu in 2nd round of counselling and no records were found similar according to past year.jntu finalaises its list at 1st round it self,so its better that you have to go with other private affiliated colleges of jntu.
