As you rank is 18 k you will get a seat in JNTU, karimnagar if you don't belongs to bc-b and oc, since the closing rank for these categories is below 10k otherwise you will get a seat

TS EAMCET 2019 cutoff for all the colleges will be released by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) in some time.

But, I can provide you the TS EAMCET 2018 closing rank of JNTU Hyderabad for Open Category candidates, so if you belong to a specific category, then please mention it in the comments section and I will get back to you.

Closing Rank (ECE)- 649 (Boys) and 776 (Girls)

Congratualations for getting good rank in TSPGECET, definitely you will get seat in OU or JNTU, caste category is not a big issue for your ECE stream. The best university between OU and JNTU i prefer from from my friends suggection is JNTU is good for studies and overall development.
