As you mention your rank.. and as most of the seat of jntuh fill with Gate candidates and the vacant left seat filled by ts pgecet.. to get admission .as the top 50 rankers get  admission there ..

But if you try there you may get less popular branches

Sorry to inform you but you can't get admission in JNTUH with this rank.  Here is the last year cut off in chemical branch in JNTUH.

JNTU college of engineering, karimnagar had a cut off 10835 rank for bc_b girls last year for the electronics and electrical engineering branch. So, I am sorry but you won't be able to get admission in the college for EEE branch. However, the cut off varies every year.
