Hello aspirant, congratulations on performing well in TS PGECET 2019. The closing rank ( general) for your category was nearly 23000 in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderbad  and 19000 in Osmania University. Since your rank is far better than the closing ranks, therefor you can choose any of the two colleges along with the course of ypur choice.

As you mention you rank with your rank it is difficult to get college like O.U  and JNTUH because in this college candidate are  first selected  by GATE examination  or rank and then the vacancy on left seat   filled with ts pgecet rank... so  competition  are very high among ts pgecet rankers.. so it is difficult

But there are some colleges where you can try:-

Dear as er the last year cutoff you can get it but might be this year cutoff varies as per the standard of paper and recent cutoff of paper of EAMCET so we are not sure about it but last year trends you can get it don't worry about it you can find other option too.

So you have got a rank of 849 in Civil branch TS PGECET 2019. The lowest cut off marks for closing rank of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad for General category was 98 and 112 for the opening rank. For SC category, the range of marks between that of opening and closing ranks are 96 to 61 respectively. For ST category, the range of marks between that of opening ranks and closing ranks are 89 to 54. If you have scored between these marks then you have a chance for admission in JNTUH. and according to your score, it is little difficult to get JNTU, but you can try upto spot round.

As you haven't mentioned your category hence I am considering here for general category. As you have secured a rank of 9053 in the AP EAMCET(Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test) hence there are very low chances of getting cse or ece in the SV University. As you have stated that your rank in TSPGECET is 89. I would like to tell you that you have a great rank and with this rank you can get CSE in any college you like. But you have not mentioned your domicile.  You should know only resident of Telangana  can participate in the counselling process.  So if you are a domicile or local you can take part. Otherwise you are not eligible.  I hope this answered your query
