JNTU takes admission through EAMCET.It don't provide admission in the basis of JEE Main marks.In order to appear for the exam you should belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh and should satisfy local/ non-local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana or Andhra Pradesh, Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974.

Mention in which exam you got this rank.... here I'm assuming that you got this  in ecet exam (as you mentioned this in another question).

As you mention your rank in ESET is as 84 ..but to get the colleges like OU and J N T U H you have to rank below 50 ....

It is very hard to  get them for you with your rank .....but you can try in this following colleges with your score:-

The closing rank of the jntuh asper the previous records of 2018 and 2017 were nearly about 16k to 17k.

If your EAMCET rank is more than the required you can go with other universities like gitam and klu,lpu.

Or you can choose the top best affiliated colleges of jntuh which provide same facilities and course as JNTU Hyderabad.

I am sorry to inform you cannot get any college in anantapur based on your prefered branch and rank.

I strongly suggest you to change your prefered branch. With your rank you can get other branches like chemical or IT in mediocre colleges.

yes they are the chances for you to get into it as per your performance....you can simply check about the previous cutoff for the branches in the colleges you like to...by considering all the consequences apt for you can go through the counselling and go for the college ...hope got my point ...

On 109 marks in TS ICET 2019, your rank will be somewhere around 1300-1500. For an MCA, you might get a seat in JNTU College of Engineering Anantapur as their closing rank for MCA  last year was around 3000.
