I am very sorry to let you know that your rank (523) in PGECET is not sufficient to secure a seat in JNTU Hyderabad or Osmania University  for pursuing M.Pharm. A minimum of 300rank or below is required to be scored in order to get into these universities for M.Pharm. However for GATE qualified students it may be 900. Mentioned below are the points of comparison between these two institutes:

VIT AP:

• It has not got rankings by many institutes however it has been approved by University Grants Council.
• NetApp Nokia Philips Titan pay pal are  its major recruiters.
• The highest placement package is 33 lakh per annum.

JNTUH:

• It has been ranked by an NIRF for BTech at 62 position.
• The highest placement package offered in this Institute is 41 lakh per annum.
• Amazon common vault Oracle PCS are its major recruiters.

It can be said that both institutes are good and have good placements so it is quite difficult to tell which is more better.

The degrees provided by JNTUH University - Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University are B.E /B.Tech, M.E /M.Tech, Diploma, M.Pharma and MBA. Both JNTU and OU are reputed universities. But JNTU has got NAAC A+ and OU has got five star rating by NAAC. In my opinion JNTU will be better option than OU.

Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Organic Chemistry is a two-year full-time course offered by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

The best college infrastructure . Every department has its own block.

The staff and lecturers are friendly. They teach us well.

JNTU is a government university . The fee structure is too affordable for a normal family.for a regular student per semester the college fee is 10000 rupees and hostel fee it costs about 20000 per semester.

Whatever specialization you choose in Masters Organic/Analytical/Inorganic chemistry. Ultimately all analytical tools you will learn in Masters. But for employment purpose, organic chemistry then analytical chemistry don't take Industrial chemistry. Most of the pharma industries and R&D institutes will recruit organic or analytical chemists.

Hope you are doing well. Now come to your queries, first of all you didn't maintion the certificate name of which you are looking for. Both AU and JNTU is good in their own aspect. If your want to compare between them then according to me AU is better as It has decent placement rates of more than 98% in CSE branch and also one of the best branch in AU. The highest salary package is 16LPA and the average salary package ranges from 3-4LPA. Moreover the college has better infrastructure and offers a good place to study. On the other hand JNTU University have overall decent ratings. It has good placement records but not consistent, average placement record is around 60%.Overall ratings is better for Andhra University.

Mathematics is a subject that requires methodical study, proper understanding, clear concept and rigorous practice. Keep a track of your syllabus and take notes according to it. Don't leave it for the week before exam as it will not help you in passing. Complete 90% of your syllabus and practice sums as much as you can. Solve previous years paper if you can arrange them. If you want to get an seat in JNTU HYD , you need to get the rank below 8000.

Try to get Rank between 1000 - 3000 (SC/ST/OBC) to get CSE Program and There are fewer chances of getting this College if you're OC Candidate, Following are Some Colleges you can get if you have 1000-5000 Rank.
