Department of Technical Education Telangana release the application for transfer request from an institute to another within the same affiliated institute. You can get transferred from one institute to another within the same affiliated institute but you cannot appeal for transfer from one institute to different affiliated institute. Transfer can be done on medical grounds, Transfer of parents serving in state/central government, closure of college or course in the institute. Based on this you cannot apply for transfer from JNTU to OU affiliated institute as there is no such provision to apply for transfer. If you do not want to study in JNTU you may discontinue the course and seek admission in to the institute in which you want to study by appearing for entrance examination or admission this year.

You cannot get transfer from one university affiliated institute to another university affiliated institute. Transfer is only applicable to another college with the same affiliated university, it means that you can only get transfer to another JNTU affiliated institute on Medical grounds/Transfer of parents serving in the state/central government/closure of college/course in the institute. To apply for transfer you need to visit https://dtets.cgg.gov.in/ (https://dtets.cgg.gov.in/Uploads/files/Recent_Updates/7291.pdf)

Department of Technical Education, Telangana will release the notification for transfer at the end of each academic year. You can get transfer when you are in first year of the course.

JNTU Jagityal is a better option as compared to LARE and it is due to all the aspects be it infrastructure,faculty, placements or even student's reviews. Most of the students prefer JNTU Jagityal as it is a good college and has a good infrastructure and many facilities such as WIFI, Library, Laboratory and a big campus. The teachers are good and very helpful. They are qualified and experienced. However, the placements aren't as good as other JNTU branches but they are definitely better than LARE. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 6 LPA.

BVRIT will be a far better choice than JNTU Jagityal due to a number of reasons. First of all, the infrastructure of BVRIT is amazing and the campus is huge with so many facilities such as smart and big classrooms, library, labs, cafeteria, etc. The teachers and faculty here is amazing and provide great education to the students. The teachers are very experienced and supportive as well. Though the fees of BVRIT is higher than JNTU but it is worth it as the placements here are very good. Almost 100% students get placed and the highest salary package offered is 40 LPA and the average salary package offered is 4.50.

For computer science it's more higher

Anyway some of the geotechnical course cutoff rank was near to 230 for jntu
