HOPE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH MY ANSWER

Hello Mayakuntala! Let me inform you that GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is an exam which students can give after B. Tech to get jobs in PSUs and admission in different IITS and nits or different colleges for Mtech with stipend. The most important thing you should know is the total marks in gate exam is 100 marks. So there is no point you can get 407 marks be it whichever branch. Tell us your exact score so that we can help you out.

Hi Gangadhar,

Assuming that you are an open category student, your chances in getting a seat in SVU or JNTU is a little less based on your rank. However, you can try for the below colleges:

  • Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science, Chittoor
  • Prasad V. Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology - [PVPSIT], Vijayawada
  • Pydah College of Engineering and Technology, Visakhapatnam
  • Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering and Technology Nandyal - [RGMCET], Kurnool
  • SRK Institute of Technology, Vijayawada

Hope this helps. All the best.

HI,

As per your rank and category fair chances are there in jntu ,you can also go for OU with the rank you possess

GOOD LUCK

Dear Sathya,

Congratulations on good rank. The probability of securing seat depends on the gender, caste reservation, and branch of requirement.  Hence I'll give you the general cut offs to each branch :

OC -                 1127        1136        1957        2923

SC -                  7302        5518       9648        11267

ST -                  20299      16561     24946      24712

BC-A :              2411        3030       4292         6931

Hope this helps.

All the best.

Dear Aspirant,

Congratulations on good rank.  The probability of securing seat is considerably lower. However, it depends on sub category too. Let's look at the previous year cut for CSE branch in JNTUK:

BC-A :  2404

BC-B :  1671

BC-C :   1548

BC-D :   1707

BC-E :    1891

You may secure seat in other branches in the same college, have a look over it.  Else use predictor toll to find other elgible colleges.

maybe you are in confusion because of the rumours on the universities.yes in come cases it may be true but if student have content on what they learn in academics then they can pass easily in what ever colleges they may study.

so according to sight of engineering standards jntuh affiliated colleges provide all the syllabus required to a real engineer to bringout various tallent present in a student.

there is no problem you can go with jntu affiliated colleges.

 All the best.

Thank you.

Hey Sumanth,

Unfortunately the local engineering colleges dont accept JEE percentile as the admission criteria. They only accept Eamcet rank unless they are deemed universities. So, for all of the above colleges you will have to use Eamcet rank to get into them. But vasavi and cbit might have some management quota seats which they might offer you considering Jee percentile if you wanna try. Contact the admission councils.

Greetings aspirant,

Congratulations for your rank in AP EAMCET. You`ll certainly get into Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University - Anantapur (JNTUA). Although CSE is a very high sought after stream, as per the result of previous year`s round 1 counselling for home state quota the closing rank for CSE  was close to 38000. So yes, there is a very strong chance for you to get into JNTUA with CSE.

You can also use careers360 AP EAMCET college pridictor(https://www.careers360.com/ap-eamcet-college-predictor) to know more about the probable colleges with preferred streams that you might get.

Hope it helps.

Best wishes for your future endeavours!
