JNTU takes admission through EAMCET.It don't provide admission in the basis of JEE Main marks.In order to appear for the exam you should belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh and should satisfy local/ non-local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana or Andhra Pradesh, Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974.

Mention in which exam you got this rank.... here I'm assuming that you got this in ecet exam (as you mentioned this in another question).
As you mention your rank in ESET is as 84 ..but to get the colleges like OU and J N T U H you have to rank below 50 ....
It is very hard to get them for you with your rank .....but you can try in this following colleges with your score:-

- V.R Siddhartha engineering college
- PVP Siddhartha engineering college
- Andhra loyala institute of engineering and technology
- Pragati college of engineering
- ANITS, vizag

The closing rank of the jntuh asper the previous records of 2018 and 2017 were nearly about 16k to 17k.
If your EAMCET rank is more than the required you can go with other universities like gitam and klu,lpu.
Or you can choose the top best affiliated colleges of jntuh which provide same facilities and course as JNTU Hyderabad.

The college has good infrastructure. The classrooms are clean and spacious, with proper seating and ventilation. The library has many books and a quiet place to study. Labs are well-equipped with the necessary tools for practical work. There is Wi-Fi on campus, and computer labs are also available. The campus is green and well-maintained, with places to sit and relax. Hostels are decent, with basic facilities like clean rooms, water, and food.
It was really a good experience for me
College Infrastructure
It is a spacious college with good labs, library, department, medical, etc. The college provides a cricket ground, basketball, football, volleyball courts and even a separate complex for indoor games. Hostels were good and food quality was also good in both mess and canteen.
It was good experience with this college.
