With a rank of 9277 in TS EMCET 2019 you can definitely get a seat in OSMANIA UNIVERSITY with mechanical engineering and there are 20% chance of you to get MECHANICAL in JNTUH. Talking about CSE, there is very very very less chance to get CSE in OSMANIA UNIVERSITY and no chance in JNTUH.

So go for mechanical, and if possible then take CSE.

By the way the  hostel fee at JNTUH is around 3,000 per month. The hostel facilites are always excellent at Government colleges. The placements are excellent at JNTUH. The highest pay package at JNTUH is around 15-16 lakhs per annum. The average pay package is around 4 lakhs per annum. Getting into JNTUH require you to appear in EAMCET and through counseling depending upon your rank you will get admission in either JNTUH or its affiliated colleges. But, top private colleges like CBIT,VASAVI,VNR..etc, consider MAINS ranks for admissions i.e, B-Category admissions.
