Unfortunately you cannot chnave brnach from Diploma to Degree engineering course as majority of top end colleges dont allow change of branch.
Its imperative to stay with pre alloted branch in diploma and successfully go for degree in that branch itslef.

Shivani I would definitely suggest JNTU as it is a much more older institution and has a lot of potential for a candidate to take admission there

As far as the courses offered by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad is concerned this collrge doen't offer B.ed Course. It offers 21 undergraduate programmes in B.Tech., 47 Postgraduate programmes in M.Tech., M. Pharmacy, M.Sc., M.B.A. and M.C.A & more.

College Infrastructure
supports both academic and extracurricular activites , the classrooms are very good and spacious , well managed , library has a wide range of space and campus provide Wi-Fi to all the students faculty and staff

They have provided basic facilities to the students and but normally the classes are very small and not so spacious and also the classrooms are not cleaned the washrooms were also very unhygienic for the students for use
