As per your rank, you won't get JNTU Anantapur inspite of the B certificate. You should have been within 10,000 rank in EAMCET.

The cut off rank for JNTUH College of Engineering for ECE branch for BC-B Girl candidate is around 5000 through ECET.

The cut off rank for JNTU is very high. Through ECET, one must be in the rank within the range 1000-2000, the more the rank, more is the chances of admission. For CSE, the cut is even higher, near about 500.
