In case it is intended for B.Tech. , compose TS-EAMCET and secure a position under 2000 . For M.Tech. , you need to compose GATE and secure a decent score or probably through PGECET, rank ought to be under 30( for GEN-MALE).

Hi
Cut off / closing rank for colleges keeps changing every year depending upon several factors which makes it difficult to make prediction like
-------) difficulty level of TS EAMCET examination
-------) number of students which appeared in TS EAMCET
-------) number of seats available for different branches
-------) number of students from different categories i. e general/obc/sc/st etc
But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then as per 2019 cut off available at
https://cache.careers360.mobi/media/uploads/froala_editor/files/TS-EAMCET-2019-Last-Ranks.pdf
With 12 k rank, considering your category as st boy
You have low chance in JNTUH for ECE
For example,
In 2019, 10462 rank in TS EAMCET was closing rank for st boy in JNTUH for ECE
In JNTUH you have chances in branches like
Mechanical engineering:-12709
Metallurgy :-25072

Hi
Stop worrying and Change your preparation strategy!. Don't do the same thing again and again and expect different result that doesn't happen. Mathematics is conceptual never ever mug up ,try to solve as many previous question papers as possible. Its important to clear backlogs but that doesn't mean you are over I have seen an engineering failed student resuming studies again and pursuing his studies abroad and he's doing great so its not the end of the world. Don't let your determination waiver. Shut down all social medias and Concentrate more on the task. Let it be now or never. Don't keep any regret later. Try your best!
There is always a way if you have the will.
If I didn't get your query clear let me know.
The college has good infrastructure. The classrooms are clean and spacious, with proper seating and ventilation. The library has many books and a quiet place to study. Labs are well-equipped with the necessary tools for practical work. There is Wi-Fi on campus, and computer labs are also available. The campus is green and well-maintained, with places to sit and relax. Hostels are decent, with basic facilities like clean rooms, water, and food.
It is a spacious college with good labs, library, department, medical, etc. The college provides a cricket ground, basketball, football, volleyball courts and even a separate complex for indoor games. Hostels were good and food quality was also good in both mess and canteen.
