You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category last year a candidate with rank 339 was allotted seat in Computer Science Engineering in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in CSE in JNTU, Hyderabad. Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Actually there is no comparison possible in between bit and other EAMCET colleges. VIT  is one of best private colleges nowadays. Computer science,data science or the course related to computer is largely better in vit. But you should clear there entrance exam also. Though in this pandemic situation they conduct there exam system in basis of board marks. But if you want to go for EAMCET colleges then it is absolutely ok. There are also some renowned colleges but those are actually based only on your EAMCET ranks.

JNTUH College of Engineering, Hyderabad offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses to the students. Admission to B.Tech is offered on the basis of Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test conducted by Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. For JNTUHCEH B.Tech lateral entry candidates have to appear for the Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad and participate in the counselling process. Admission to postgraduate courses is based on Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) conducted by Osmania University on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) whereas admission to MCA Course is offered on the basis of TS ICET. The actual rank may vary depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, tie breakers, normalization of marks highest score etc. Here is the cut off for admission to Mechanical Engineering in 2019 under SC category in the preferred institutes

• V N R VIGNAN JYOTHI INSTITUTE OF ENGG AND TECH : 40210

The cut off for TS EAMCET 2020 is yet to be released. Cut off depends on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. It may increase or decrease depending on these factors. Considering the cut off in 2019 you do not have chances to get seat in JNTU Hyderabad and VNR VJIET in preferred branch.
