It is not possible to provide you an exact list of colleges based on your rank because cut-off keeps on changing depending upon various factors such as :

Hello Subba. You mentioned your rank in the question but you didn't mention the caste to which you belong. Hence, I will give you an answer assuming you are from General (Open Category) Caste. If you belong to any other caste/category then kindly mention in the comment box below.
Based on previous years' cutoffs and your rank in TS EAMCET 2021, you have good chances to get admission at JNTUH College of Engineering, Hyderabad (in B.Tech Metallurgical Engineering only) even though you have tough chances to get chance in any streams at Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology.
If you are seeking for admission in any other streams other than Metallurgical Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering then you don't have good chance as far as your rank and caste are concerned.
I hope you have got a clear picture from my answer. Moreover, if you want to know your eligibility at various colleges based on your performance then feel free to check out TS EAMCET 2021 College Predictor:

Hello student
hope you are doing well and safe. With reference to your query, I would glad inform you that at your rank , you have fair chances of getting admission but yes chances is very risky . Last year jntuh cse closed around 810 ,but cut varies from year to year due to variation in number of applicants and difficulty level. I would advise you to leave in your fate and try to make your backups
Hope you found this answer informative. Best wishes for your future
Dear aspirant,
As you have secured 4.5k rank in ts eamcet 2021 and you are wanting to take admission in civil engineering branch in jntu Hyderabad so let me tell you that you stand fair chances of getting into this branch .
However there are certain factors which decides the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs difficulty level of the paper.
As per my knowledge you would get it as the cut offs will not vary that much but note it depends on above factors.
