hello,

According to your category rank(180) and as per previous years cut offs you have a chance of getting JNTUH or OSMANIA both in your speciefied courses like structural, transportation, geotechnical and water resources. But in order to get seats in one of these colleges you may have to wait for 2nd round because according to 2019 cut offs you could also get seats in first round but to be in safe side you have to assume this otherwise you will get the seat.

all the best!!

Hi.

According to closing ranks for 2019 in JNTU, unfortunately you will not be able to get Mechanical Engineering because it closes at Home State rank (for SC) 17463.

Good Luck

Hi,

No engineering colleges or any other colleges provide books as such. These norms were followed back in school. Generally, in Colleges, you need to refer many books for a subject, so students prefer to issue them from the library or buy from themselves, the books preferred by the professor's or mentioned in syllabus for reference.

Hello,

It's very difficult to predict that which college you get for Civil engineering. Because yoi know cutoff marks will differ in every year basis of college to college, students merit and top score.

And due to research for OBC candidate your rank is higher than admission rank in both colleges in previous year. So it's difficult to said anything. But you can apply also.

Hello,

Considering the previous year cut off you have chances of getting seat in M.Tech Infrastructure Engineering in JNTU and M.Tech Structural Engineering in Osmania University. The cut off for BC-B category was 617 and 811. However, the cut off is subjected to change depending on difficulty of exam, number of candidates qualified and number of seats available etc.

It seems you are asking about AP eamcet 2020. Now going by last year's cutoffs and considering your details, you can expect
  • Civil, Mechanical, electrical and Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Information Technology, Metallurgical, Naval Architecture and Marine engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, Ceramic Technology, Geoinformatics in Andhra University College of Engineering
  • EEE, Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum, Chemical Engineering in JNTU College of Engineering Kakinada
  • EEE, Chemical Engineering in JNTU College of Engineering Anantapur
But keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change. To get complete list of all colleges you can get based on your rank use this link http://www.careers360.com/ap-eamcet-college-predictor

I believe at a rank of 50k in AP EAMCET, unless you have some category advantage, you have bleak chances in securing a seat in Mechanical Branch of JNTU Ananthapur. JNTU Kakinada and Ananthapur are two of the most eminent technical universities in the current state of Andhra Pradesh, with good infrastructure, faculty and research facilties, as a result they face huge competition during Counselling. However, do keep an eye on the Counselling Procedure and Dates, you might secure a seat in a lower institute under AP EAMCET.

Dear Aspirant,

The cutoff marks for an Institute depends on the branch or course of engineering, the intake of students for that branch, the rating of the Institute, the quality of education/placement prospects/job opportunities the branch offers to the graduates from the Institute. If you had mentioned a particular branch that you are genuinely interested in, then it would have been a bit easy or rather pinpoint for answering this particular query of yours. Furthermore, the cutoff marks is also different for different categories of students i.e. reservation or unreserved candidates, which you did not mention in your query. Anyway let's get started.

Most of the Colleges that you mentioned in your list are private engineering colleges and I shall assume that you belong to the general category as it is not possible to speculate on every category for every Institute in a single answer.

In Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology, the cutoff rank is relatively high as it recruits students even with a rank close to 50000 in TS EAMCET. Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology provides admission to students with a maximum rank of 16000 . BVRIT and Vasavi College of Engineering provides admission to students with a rank close to 18000. These cutoff ranks are for general category students. These are the last closing ranks for the branch that accepts students with highest permissible rank. Certain Branches like Computer Science Engineering have much less cutoff ranks than these for admission in the very same Institute for general category students. For Reservation Candidates, the cutoff rank is kinda more relaxed and hence provides a better cushion to quota students.

I hope you get admission in a good college.
