You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you do not have chances of getting seat in JNTU and OU. The cut off rank for admission to MBA in JNTU, Hyderabad was 139 and for OU was 52. Considering the cut off rank and your rank you may not get seat. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

The cutoff rank depends on the category to belongs to. Whatever considering it as general category to get JNTUH, Hyderabad through TS EAMCET you need maximum 1000 rank in the exam. But 800 is a safe rank for it. As per previous few years cutoff trend you need to achieve that much to get admission in JNTUH for bachelor of pharmacy.

If you are talking about Jawaharlal Nehru technological University Kakinada then the College only offers msc pharmacy course and it doesn't have undergraduate course. If you are willing for msc pharmacy then you need to have 50% in your graduation for being eligible for admission. There's no entrance examination you can visit it's official website for applying or can visit College for further information.

Jntu ananthapuram is better than jntu vizayanagaram.The placement structure of jntu ananthapuram is almost 60% of the students got placed in different companies. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA .coming to placement structure of JNTU vijayanagaram,the highest salary package was 7 LPA.infrastructure of these colleges are good.Hope this information helps you.

I think GGU Bilspur is better. The college has good NAAC grade also . It provides 7 engineering branches. The GGU has good placement. Placement is very important for the b.tech students . So the college provides good placement with nice salary also.

I believe at a rank of 246 in TS PGECET in ECE Branch, you have fair chances in securing a seat ar Osmania University, JNTU Hyderabad, Kakinada or Ananthapur. All the universities have excellent ECE Departments with good infrastructure and faculty.

However my advice for you would be, if you have no issues and are willing to take a gap, prepare for GATE ( ECE ) next year and secure a seat in one of the Top IITs and IISc Bangalore for Masters Degree.

The fee structure at JNTUH is pretty simple.

It is 10,000 per year for regular 4 years course.
It is 35,000 per year for 5 years course including MBA/M.Tech.
It is 70,000 per semester for IDDMP courses.
Coming to hostel fees, it is 19,000/- for 4 years. Mess bill will be around 20002500 per month.

It is highly unlikely for you to get admission for a post graduation program fin computer science engineering in either of the two public/government universities that you want to get admission in.

You have earned yourself an extremely high rank. At a rank greater than 1200 in AP PGECET in cse, there is no way that you can get admission in any of the government institutes of the state. The government institutes of the state have very less number of seats and hence the competition is extremely intense. Infact the number of seats are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants.

The number of mtech seats available for cse in both the Institutes is only 25 each. Although you have ST reservation, still your chances are almost zero as you still need a good quota rank and the number of reservation seats are also very limited.b

As far as nanotechnology is concerned, you have great chances of getting an mtech seat in that branch. A rank of 18 is quite excellent and you may find admission in either Osmania University or in JNTUH. These universities have like 18 mtech seats for nanotechnology. Furthermore, you have a solid backup of Scheduled Tribe reservation.
